Default What is name of this part that rotted away???

Hey guys. I'm a novice had this 95 blazer up in Buffalo for year. This part of rear suspension has rotted off on both sides.
What is this rubber part called? Is it a major project for a novice to install? Is the part very expensive?
Please advise.
Thank you in advance for your help!

X3 on the bump stop and yes its easy to replace but IMO unnecessary! Mine looked the same way so I crumbled them off and never looked back

The ones on my 96 are pretty dirty, but they don't even have cracks in them.

I wonder if they were sprayed with a petroleum based rust inhibitor or brake fluid
