Can't go wrong with bilstein. Rancho and Monroe have a decent rep also.

I just put some monroes on my 2dr which is my DD that I beat on every weekend. If you have the cabbage though, go with bilstein

I was looking on my 2 door blazer and it looks like mine only has shocks in the rear? I thought you'd have them in the front to

I just put Rancho RS5000 shocks (RS5123 fronts, RS5124 rear for 4 door 4x4) all the way around on my 2000 Envoy. They make shocks for the ZR2, but I think they might be different part numbers. They give a very firm, truck-like ride. I'm very satisfied with them.

I just installed Monroe Sensa-trac with helper springs on the rear of my 2001 xtreme blazer. It was sagging a tad in the rear and the new shocks with the springs leveled it out. I put KYB's on the front. I just today put all new urethane sway-bar and end-link bushings.

All of the above have made a huge difference in handling. There is little or no body lean now.

I just stuffed Rancho 5000's a couple weeks ago under my '92 fullsize (stock height). Been pretty happy with them.

If I lift it later. I'm going with the Bilsteins.
