Default strange vibration

i have an 03 blazer and i got the rough country 2.5 lift kit and shortly after i had to redo my breaks and right after that i noticed a weird sound.. it kind of sounds like i have huge mudding tires on it which i dont i have the stock size wrangler silent armours they are very quiet tires i hear it most between 25-35mph sometimes i can feel a vibration from it on the foot thats not on the break/gas and today i had it in 4WD and i didnt notice the sound much if at all so only in 2WD pretty much any ideas what this could possibly be

possibly your front diff partially engaged..... if you hear it in 4x4 but not 2x4 then is probably likely...

i had two mechs look at it one said that he thinks it was the transfercase not fully disengaging it so took it to a guy that did transmissions and transfer cases but he said it was just because my tires were rough and uneven,
i really thought it was the 4 wheel not fully disengaging but i guess well find out since noone can find it 4 wheel works axle locks when turning in 4 wheel like it should 2 wheel feels like normal two wheel 4 lo works so i guess for now ill leave it
