put the nut back on the balljoint but not all the way, support the knuckle. Using a 2 pound hammer, whack the side of the knuckle where the ball joint is, or hit the nut to hammer it out
|
yeah use a big ball pein put the nut on 2-3 threads and giver hell...eventually something will pop lol

I had to beat the bajesus out of mine with a pickle fork and a hammer to get mine to separate... It takes some pounding, but it'll release eventually. Be a lot easier if you've got something larger than just a regular hammer...
Was just there last weekend on mine Attachment 31032 Attachment 31033 |
Never used a pickle fork myself

Are those bolts in the picture of the upper BJ upside down?

all the ones I've ever seen, the uppers are nuts up, the lowers are nuts down
end the end, I don't really thing it makes a difference :P |
