Are there any shocks available with 1 way valving?

Front shocks
Im looking for a pair of front shocks that when you compress them, they compress easy, but when you pull them apart they are very hard to pull out. oh and they do not extend apart on there own either. i think this is called one way valving. which shocks out there are like this?
