Is there supposed to be a nut on my end links?
I was looking into doing a swaybar quick disconect and my end links don't have any nuts on the top. Only on the bottom.
http://i1114.photobucket.com/albums/...swaybar004.jpg It's like that on both sides. http://i1114.photobucket.com/albums/...swaybar002.jpg Shouldn't they just fall off if they arn't held on by anything? |
hmm from the looks of it there suppose to be a nut on them Ill take a look around for ya

I know that every thread I looked at they had lock washers on them and the aftermarket ones I'm looking at have them. It's just strange that they are connected still. I tried pulling on them but they didn't move.

So it should just come off then. I'll be back, I'm gonna go check.
|
I doubt its going to come right out since its on pressure
|
Well it looks like the top washer is octagonal and there is no space between the washer and the bolt. It almost looks like the washer is the top bolt.
|
yea it looks so weird like that tho
|
I just want to know how to get it off so I can replace it. I suppose a hacksaw and a hammer would work. :icon_razz:
