time for some gears

Ok guys, summer is almost over and i am getting the itch to get my winter beast back out. First though is gears...does anyone have any good places to get some or even better a way to source some used ones from diff gm trucks. After looking into it i am thinking 4.10 / 4.11 gears.
Any help is appreciated...thanks guys.

Get like,6:17s+ LOL. burn tires in 1st.

But really though you can find 4:10s on the s10 pick ups. Not sure about your 2nd gen if the sizes are the same, but they did come stock.

I read the 4.10 was mostly in four bangers. I have found that rears new on rock auto..i know..i know..are only 130 +/- its the fronts now i seem to be having a hard time finding.
i thought about the zr2 swap but they are hard to find here as far as part outs...local yards are slim pickens on zr2 as well.
I mainly want to get the mileage back up...i know that its my tires and so on but i think from what i have read i can get back in the decent mileage range.

Yeah a burnout with 33's would be something...probably would need an axle after that.

you can get the 4.11's out of the 4 bangers. they had the 7.5 ring gear i believe. as far as the fronts though, you would probably be stuck buying a set or doing the all popular SAS!!
