Default Weird sound coming from front left tire.

I have a 2000 Blazer 4x4

So i went mudding one day and offroading.

Since then well... My AC Compressor wont turn on, that's not a HUGE deal right now. but the front left wheel area makes a light spinning squeal.. especially when turning left. but when i press the brakes hard or light the squeal disapears for about 30 seconds then it starts again. then when going up a mountain i was backing down and it was making a light whirling buzzing sound... which i hope are somehow related.

Anyone have any ideas as to what i should be looking at or where to start?

Sounds like you have gravel, mud, stones in your brake rotor area. Maybe stuck between backplate and rotor or in brake pad caliper. Take wheel off and maybe pads and wash/clean thoroughly, especially backplate. Copper grease pins and so on and rebuild and see. Check other components while you have the wheel off. Also do other side as a matter of good practice.

very easy to twist the metal shield behind the rotors
It will squeak if it can touch the inner side of the rotor

Mud and dirt can also cause squeaking
