Weird sound when i turn Right

In my 1993 S10 Blazer, when i go on a slight upwards right turn , it makes a weird sound like Grunck or something like that , it only does that when i make them type of turns. what could possibly be causing that?

Hi. Is that sound only at one time or, as long as you drive the turn.
Comes that sound from the front or rear?

Greetings

sounds like front right, just when i make my turn to the right when i am driving over a slight bump just when i turn right and when i staraighten the wheel it goes away

Mmh, If the sound would came from the left wheel, during you turns right, i could be the wheel bearing.
Usually the curve outer wheel makes a sound when the wheel bearing is broken, īcause thereīs more load on the outer wheel.
If itīs possibly for you, take your car on jackstands an check the clearance.
Touch the wheel up and below and try to tip it in the vertical axle. If itīs to much clearance, it could be the Wheel bearing.
Itīs not easy to make a diagnosis, if you donīt hear the sound.
I hope itīs helpful for you.
