What is this called?

I was having some issues with the front left tire where I could hear a terrible squeaking noise. At first I thought it was the wheel bearings going out on it, but after noticing that this part was rather loose (and when applied pressure and turned), it made a very similar noise to that of what I heard while driving. I looked on the other side and see that the part can't be turned on that side, so I know something isn't quite right here.

This is on a 2001 Chevy Blazer

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

When replacing make sure you have a good pry bar and a buddy to make it easier I found mine harder to do but I didn't loosen up the sway bar any

Probably a good idea to get the whole link and not just bushings. They usually break the bolt, and the washers deformed.
