Smile 4wd turned dragster

Has anyone seen a 4wd blazer turned dragster?

I was wondering what to do with my blazer, thinking maybe along the lines of a Typhoon style 4wd or 2wd with 4 doors. Probably use a 350 v8/th350 or a turbo v6.

I traded in my Corvette on a new body Silverado 4wd so I don't need a 4wd really

I would like something fast as I miss my Vette and I don't know how long it will be until I can buy another Vette.

Yes I will be doing all the work myself except the block cleaning/honing on the 4 bolt main 350 block I got.

Are there any builds out there I haven't seen

Abuse, definitely, I already have a daily driver Silverado, just need something to play around with, ala Blazer dragster

Obviously a four door 4wd is not the best model to start with but its what I got

Looking for builds or videos if anyone has any links, thanks a lot

Actually it has autotrack AWD option (4 button) switch.

I have had this blazer for so long, longer than anything else, ever, car wise and I don't think I can get rid of it so I want to find something else to do with it besides let it sit in garage (unless daughter is driving it)

~$500 convert it to awd with used parts from astro should all bolt up other then front drive shaft I think, need to be lengthened?

Would love to see a turboed 350 awd blazer with 400-600hp. Upgrade the suspension for better handling and you got a very nice sleeper that you can still use as a suv.

A guy my dad works with shoved a 584 (horse to the wheels) ls1 in a second gen 4 door 4x4. He would do 4x4 launches against civics and still have wheel Spin like crazy
