01 zr2 blazer rear lift HELP

Hello my name is Eric I'm new to this forum as I just bought a 2001 Chevy blazer trailblazer zr2 as you all know the front end comes standard lifted 3" higher than the rear for me this is an issue as I live in wv and mudding is a way of life and a great enjoyment of many. I was wanting to know if anyone had any suggestions as to how I can lift my rear 3" so I'm level and no longer drag in the mud. I've checked with my local auto parts stores and looked for shackle kits and even the possibility of adding a leaf. I wanna take the cheapest route possible as I still have a family to feed. So any suggestions would be great and please if you have a suggestion of what I can do please provide a website for the product. Thanks again

i would say to do lift shackles, but PLEASE!!!! do not make 3" lift shackles!! 2" shackles at most, or you could do a axle flip but also, please buy a kit if you do not feel comfortable fabricating stuff up.

Is this why I'm looking for and if so do I need new shocks as well? http://www.thepartsbin.com/catalog/?...ch+shackle+kit

Synergy Offroad

They guy that runs that site is a member of ZR2usa.com.

Far as lifting the rear, 1.5" or 2" lift shackles would work.

I haven't personally changed mine (I done AALs) but, everyone says the upper bolt on the shackles (where it mounts to the frame) is a pain because the gas tank is in the way.

Trailblazer ZR2? New to me.

Your problem is very common, sagging rear leafs. Your choice of how you want to fix it, and looks like you already have an idea.
