I am in the starting stages of changing my Jimmy to an LS platform. Does anyone have experience with changing the suspension from the transfer case forward to get independent front suspension? I found this website while searching for an answer. I would like to get a better ride with my new engine.

My long term plan is an LS swap also, I am serious, as I have a NEW 600+ N/A LS w/computer etc. and gathering more parts to do mine now, also have a 1991 4WD I am driving as my future conversion. where can I learn more about your build? Tom

 

BTW I am looking for the 4WD front suspension, what are you changing to ?? or is yours already 2WD?
Mine is already 4WD but I need another donor setup for the direction I am going.
