I've installed a set of lift shackles on the rear of my 2000 Zr2, along with new leaf springs. Now it sits with a 9 inch fender well gap in the rear, but barely 7 inches up front. I already installed the Rough Country upper control arms and they dont provide enough adjustment for that much of a torsion bar crank... does anyone know how to get that 2 inches more height?

Did you apply the torsion keys, and a drop braket for the front diff? Other then those, I think maybe an option of a body lift.

do the keys make that much of a difference? I haven't installed them, but with a torsion bar crank and control arm adjustment there is still some extreme positive camber.

You do get a little more height, the hole itself is at a different degree.

I think it's offset about 15-20 degrees, which will give you the extra 2.5 inch in height...

Don, I'm gonna give it a shot... I have all the parts already, I had become discouraged when the camber was still way out of spec.

Just remember when taking the stock keys off, to mark where the extended part is. Miss alignment and you will have a real hard time adjusting them, as well as throwing off the toe in/out

Just add a little weight to the back, some recovery gear and supplies. That should lower the rear a little thus bringing the front closer to being level!

I had the opposite problem with mine after the lift, the front sat a bout 1.5" higher than the rear, tossed on an Add-a-leaf and that helped about an inch and with the winch mounted up front that helped level her out

Wheela suggested I install the t-bar keys and guess what? I got the height inwas looking for... the truck now has a slight rake, fender gap is 8.5 in the front and 8.75 in the rear!!
