Default Axle nut size.

Hi. does anyone know what size the front axle nut is on a 1999 Blazer? I want to make sure that I have all the tools I need when I work on my ball joints.
Thanks. Frank.

I think I got a 65mm. but that is all the store had and it was the closest thing to what I need it was a little loose but not super sloppy. I can give you a better answer later this afternoon

I could have sworn that I had a 36mm socket, but I too will have to check tonight when I get home... I do know that I bought mine for my old Intrepid and that it was specifically an axle nut socket when I purchased it at the parts store.

Thanks. I don't have one. I do have some standard sockets about that big though.

Whoops that was a little off. haha Got my numbers mixed around. I think it is 1 3/8 or something like that in standard. atleast that is what it says on the website for advance auto parts
