Help with upper/lower control arms

I can't figure out which lower control arms go on a 2000 Blazer LS 4WD ZR2.

This is my first Blazer. It has the ZR2 decals on the back quarter panels. Hopefully it is a ZR2. I understand that the suspension is supposed to be completely different on the ZR2.

For starters, I want to replace the upper and lower control arms. Lots of other stuff needs replaced, but the control arms are a good enough place to start.

The control arms showing listed on ebay look completely different than what's on there now. Also they don't seem to who any upper control arms that have the anti-sway? bar that could bolt to it.

Can someone tell me what the correct upper and lower control arms are for this Blazer? I'm hoping to get all the work done this winter so I'll be ready for 4-wheeling when Spring comes!

Thanks for your help!

i "think" they are the same.

You need to fix that brake issue you have right there before messing with the control arms.

Yes. Have all of that. Those parts are not so hard to find.
New brake hoses, calipers, pads, rotors, $$$, #$@!

Everyone in my family this xmas is giving me suspension parts!
They are the greatest!

But see this one from ebay.
It looks completely different.
Mine is centered.
Also there isn't a place for the anti-sway? bar to attach.

I guess everyone is Christmasing.
These are the parts we ordered.
AC Delco Control Arms
45D1140 – L Upper
45D1141 – R Upper
45D3316 –L Lower
45D3317 – R Lower

I know these are a bit more expensive, but the warranty seemed a lot better.
Can anyone tell me which shocks I want to order?

Thanks for posting this question.

I too am in the process of looking for the same parts as you.
Please post if these parts are correct when you receive them.

I'm looking at these shocks. They are pricey, but that's what they came with.

just wondering why you are replacing lower control arms? out of all the s10s i ever worked on and some have been some major piles i have never seen anything wrong with lower control arms, except ball joints of course youre going to have to take the tension off the torsion bars and remove them out of the arm

I can't speak for the OP, but mine has had a love tap on the front end.
It was hard enough to bend the sway bar.
I just want to start from scratch.

I figured that it was PITB to change the lower control arms.
I remember my Dad struggling with something similar many years ago.
I heard words in the garage back then that I've not heard since! LOL
Anyway, one of the best mechanics here in town offered to change both the upper AND lower control arms when I decided to buy this. Since that was part of the deal I figured I'd better take him up on it before he forgets, gets old or wins the powerball and moves to San Diego.

Santa brought the regular 24-187831 Bilstein shocks since this Blazer hasn't been lifted.

This is gonna be a lot of fun to drive once it gets done. Do you remember episode of the Simpsons were Marge got the 4-wheeler and goes all "Type A"?
