Just have some general questions

Ok I have a 1998 blazer 2 dr 4x4 I bought it with 31s. I don't think it has been lifted by a body or lift kit I just think the t bars have been cranked but I'm nit sure how much and I don't want to start going thought cv axles and ball joints. Is there any way to tell how much it's been lifted or the angle of the cv are good or bad?

There is a way to measure ride height. I ran across a thread on here awhile back that detailed how to do it, and what the specs should be. You basically measure the distance between (I think) a spot on the frame and a suspension component.
