Lifting

hey guys, Im a newbe here and i know alot of forums get pissed when u asked alot of questions that have already been asked, but i really could find what i was looking for.

I wanna lift my 97 4dr blazer. I was thinking of 2" suspension and 2" body. I was just gonna crank the t-bars and do shackles in the rear and slap some 31's on the stock wheel. I was measuring today, and if i would to level out my blazer front and rear i would have to rasie the front 2" just to level it out I was using a jack to do this. Then i jacked the front and rear 2 full inches so the front was jacked a total of 4" and the tires are just about off the ground, No good. I wanted to know if i should just level it out and do a body lift or would it be okay to lift the front 2" and do shackles in the rear giving it a fordward stance? I dont wanna lift the front to high w/ stock parts.

Also i saw on ebay a shackle and torsion key combo. Does any one know what would be the point of getting those Keys or will the factory ones work fine.

RE: Lifting

I was measuring the stance, the front is 1-1.5" lower then the rear and the driver side is about an inch lower the the passenger i tried my best level by cranking the torsion. I did 2 full turns on the pass and 3 full turns on driver. How much more do you think i could bring it up? I still wanna get shackles in the rear and level it by torsion crank.
