Moog or Delco Ball joints?
Even though I've never driven my truck and the ball joints appear to be ok, I am going to replace them. Since my front end is all apart it will be easier now. They have been replaced before as the ones in there now are bolted in. I got prices locally and am wondering who has experience with what, or which they would recommend. 85 sblazer, 4x4, and I will crank the torsion bars 1" after I get the 350 installed. Moog's are $77 each for the uppers, and $90 for the lowers. Or I could get cheaper ones for $53 upper and $37 lower (can't think of the brand, local auto parts store). I wouldn't even considering getting the cheaper ones though. I could also get Delco ones from GM for $63 each. All prices Canadian. So would there be any benefit from going with the Moog's over the Delco ones? Thanks

RE: Moog or Delco Ball joints?
I recently replaced my uppers and lowers in my 2000 blazer with all moog components and don't have any complaints about them yet. Only did it about 3-4 months ago. I definitely noticed a ride improvement but then again one of my balljoints looked like it had been shredded.

Alot of people here at work swear by Moog. When i had the balljoints rejoints and tie rods replaced on my truck the shop used all Delco parts. You can't go wrong with either one. But alot of my friends have used Moog and they love the products.

I use MooG on my blazer, No complaints at all. I hear they are supposed to be the strongest on the market as well.

Mine aren't gone but I do have a question. When replacing ball joints and suspension things can we go up to "full size" parts.
