Rear wheels uneven, suspension issue?

Rear wheels uneven, suspension issue?
I noticed after installing my 2.5" spacers on the rear that the driver side wheel sticks out over an inch further than the passenger side. I also added 2" lift shackles to the rear that same day. Could this be a suspension related issue? Rear stabilizer?
