As long as they are 15" rims on the Heep and 15" rims on the Blazer.

Will they rub, yep.

performance accessories makes a 2" body lift for Blazers. there are no spacer kits, since there are no coils. with the 2" you should be able to clear the 31's just fine

you should be okay with some lift, 2" minimum, but with stock non-ZR2 suspension, the 11.50 width will definitely rub. a 30X9.5 will rub the sway bars, with the 11.5 youll rub the body when turning without trimming or a body lift.
The body lift really is affordable, like $130 i think. plus you already see a lot of the frame, so a little more wouldnt be too bad. I dont usually like body lifts, but thats the only affordable small lift on the S-10s (compared to the cheapest 2" suspension which is $575)

The actual rim size is a 15"dia x 10"w. Just looking at a tire that is a bit wider than the actual rim. The rims i pickedup came off a blazer. But the person kid couldn't remember what year his friends blazer was they came off from. I'm stuck waiting on tires right now. And my digi. bit the dust. Or I would snap some pics of the rims. I'm thinking if I go with a lift possibly 5"/4" from trailmaster, or a 6"/5" superlift. Anyone on here us any of these lifts?

the stock width for a blazer wheel is 7", so those 10" seem really wide. i think the only person on here with that much lift is Jman, but he's got a SAS.

found some lifted Blazers on cardomain

Trailmaster lifted -click

another Trailmaster -click

6" superlift -click

hope that gives you some ideas
