shocks?
Will i need new shocks on my 2001 chevy blazer 2wd if i get 2 inch coils and 2 inch shakles? If so where can i find some because i have the heavy duty suspension package on mine?

you will need longer shocks. look around on manufacturers website for 2 inch longer than stock size for your truck. Or email them and ask them, they will help

Could probably get away with the stock shocks... on a 2wd i didn't think longer shocks were necessary up front with 2" coils because it doesn't droop out enough to need them. Either way Im sure there are lift shocks available from skyjacker/rancho, etc if you need them.
FWIW, You may be able to find some at a local parts store intended for a different application... Ive heard people run c1500 fronts on lifted 2wds... and take a look at Zr2 or k1500 for rears, they're 1-2" longer then stock. read here... What Shocks to run? - S-10 Forum |
Ok thanks for the help
