I've always heard monroe is the way to go with shocks. I'm currently using some rough country shocks on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they seem to work fine but most of the problems I've heard from people is that they wear out real quick so I'm not sure how long they'll last me. If it were me I'd just get some monroe shocks.

Monroe Sensa track mono-tube shocks have a firm ride and longevity is good. Their LT line is pretty weak and spongy

i want a stiff ride and maybe for them to be a bit longer if that's possible

I bought some monroe sensa trac load adjusting shocks for the rear and some gas charged monroe shocks i will be putting them in soon and will tell you how i like them.

Bilstein's are good as well. A bit pricey but provides a good ride quality that can last for several years.

i have had them on for a day and it is a world of a difference i love them i will test the off road today but on the roads and frost heaves up here in NH they are amazing.
