Suspension

Need ideas on modifying the suspension on my '01 blazer 4wd 2door. I want to lift it 4 to 6 inches, change the shocks and possibly the leaf springs. I want it to sit higher and have a wider stance so, I also need ideas on a wheel and tire combo. Any ideas, brands?!?</P>

truckperformance.com or stylinconcepts.com...they have a pretty decent selection. As for your wheel/rim combo....any tire store should have that kind of promotion going on. If not, try tirerack.com...they have 3 rims to choose from for my 2001 Xtreme which is pretty depressing....but normally they do have a decent selection.

RE: Suspension

all I can say is that I have talked to people in the business of lifting trucks and suv's and they all say that Chevy Blazers are more complicated when it comes to lifting and there for costs more money. I have not done a whole lot of looking around but the only lift below $1000 that I saw was from roughcountry or tuffcountry, something like that. Everywere else for a good lift that came with everything one would want to get the job done right it was much much more. Just look all over the place there should be something. As far as tires American Racing has a very nice selection of rims and BF Goodrich tires, specifically the mud-terrains have made a world of difference for me, the all-terrains work very well too.
