2002 2 Dr blazer 2 wheel drive tire size
What is the largest tire I can fit wthout any rubbing. My Blazer is stock. Its just a plain 2 door 2 wheel drive. It has 235/70/r15 on it now. I want bigger but don't want to lift it right now. I read alot of post about 4X4 but none about 2 wheel drives. thanks in advance for any help.

you should be able to fit 30x9.5x15... i dont believe the 2wd blazers sit any lower than the 4wd. my 4wd has 235/70r15 but many 2wd's came with 235/75r15 (lil taller)
i say, if you want bigger tires but dont want to lift now, wait until you absolutely need tires. 2wd's can be lifted for very little money. by lifting a few inches, you should be able to fit 31's or maybe even 32's (depending how high you lift) |

Thanks. I don't really want to lift it because I drive mostly on highway and in the city of New Orleans to work. But I want a little mor eaggressive look and the stock size tires just don't do it.Nut I go offroading at least twice a month. I know a @wd for offroading and mud riding butmy brother in law pulls me out if i get stuck. i want to make myBlazer a little better offroading so i won't get stuck as bad.
i have the z85 suspension on my blazer. Will they rub while offroading or trailering. I pull a boat a couple time a month also. |

2wd wheels have different offset/backspacing I thought.

they do but I measured from the center of the rim and there is plenty clearance for 30's. They shouln't rub any because they are not that much wider than stock tires.

30x9.5s should fit... But I can't promise they will for sure...
If not, there's always the other optional factory tire size of 235/75/R15... There's a lot of selection in that size... And your speedometer won't be out by as much, lol. |
