31" or 32"???

I need to get new tires in the next month or so. Right now I have 31" tires on and it looks good and drives fine. If I upgrade to 32" would that one inch make a difference in the drivability? Right now this is my daily drive and I get decent gas milage. I also have the stock gears. So I'm just wondering if I'll be able to tell a difference in that 1"?

well if 32" or only 1/2" difference, then would 33" be an 1" difference? would I be better off going to 33" instead on 32"?

You would but you would have to probably do some more lifting or some triming of the fenders to get them to fit without rubbing.

Thanks, right now I'm just looking for a set of used tires with decent tread left to get me through the winter. So I guess I'll just end up going with what ever size I find first for a decent penny.

I don't think you would want to go with 33" guys... No way they will fit without alot more fender modification/cutting... 32" is a good fit for you it looks like, I used to work at a tire shop for 2 years so i've seen alot of trial and mostly error ;). I would look at the BFG Baja T/A's... Sick tire and would look amazing on your wheels/truck.

I say if your gonna go for bigger tires then just go all out and get the 33's. 32's are more than likely gonna rub anyway so you will have to trim some so why not get the full inch of clearance and just do a tad more trimmin. Plus get ya a set of EGR fender flares or even just some molded mudd flaps and tada, no visable traces of your carving.
