31s with spacers

Has anyone used stock 01 2wd rims with spacers and 31s?

If you are putting it on a 4wd S-series, it's going to rub so bad it won't turn. If it's on a 2wd it will just rub really badly. This is unless you have a 5"+ lift. :D

Why do you want to run spacers? 2wd rims already have less BS making them stick out further than 4wd rims.

He does have a 2wd, he just forget's to mention that in most of the threads he creates.

Yea I do sorry about that. And I wanted them to stick out a little

The problem is that when you offset the wheels outward from the ball joint centerline, the tire begins to swing around the ball joints instead of rotating on the centerline of the ball joints. When that happens you need more clearance in your fender well to accommodate the greater movement of the tire while steering.
