31x10.5x15 fit?

stock suspension, stock 15" rims, no lift, nothing!

Found a nice deal on goodyear wrangler APTs 31x10.5x15 for cheap cheap cheap! I am going to buy them and put them on regardless. Going to buy some spacers too. Anything I should do before mounting these things?

may need to remove the bottom fender bolt behind the tire on the front fenders. a set of 2wd rims would help also, it will set them out about 2' more than stock

31's will not fit without major rubbing on a stock suspension. You will need to lift at least 2" to stop the body from rubbing and may need tolift the suspension some to stop frame rubbing. The most you should be able to fit is 30's.

The exception to the rule of course is if you have a ZR2 as many of those have 31's from the factory. To keep from rubbin, crank your tbars as a minimum and get add-a-leafs or shackles when you can or get a body lift. With that you should be good for the most part, big bumps might present some issues but nothing major.

And ZM6's. I ran 31's on my stock ZM6 with only minor offroad rubbing.

2wd rims will only make the rubbing worse. Stock rimsare the way to go to eliminate rubbing.
