hey one question about offset on wheels i have a t bar crank and shackles with 31x10.5 15's they rub on the trails only when i really turn hard and hit a dip. not worried about that i just want the wheels out of the wheel wells a little bit more for apperance purposes only. and the fact my tires rub the frame at full lock. please dont give lifting advice i am a firm believer in beating it down and fixing it when sh*t breaks. only way to have fun is to go all out. so what backspacing have other people used with success?

I'm assuming you have a 4x4...you didn't mention it but backspacing is different on a 4x4 vs a 2wd.
I'd go with a 4" backspacing. The cragar Soft 8's come with 4" backspacing. It's probably the most popular aftermarket rim. It makes the rimes/tires stick out just enough to make the stance on the truck mean

sorry yeah it is a 4x4 and ive heard a lot of people with the soft 8's but im looking to do stuff like nobody else but i will deff look up the specs on the soft 8's to find the backspacing of those wheels. just trying to be diffrent. custom front grill with shark teeth. not real teeth but that style made of billet tubing i will have pics soon.

sorry you did tell me 4" backspacing

i think mine have 4" backspaceing too it dont rub at full turn but does rub the fender need to do a lil bit more triming or add a body lift but yeah the 4" will make it look meaner lol. my wheels stick out of the fenders about an inch tho.

sounds good 4" backspacing it is for me. thanks for the help i actually like when they stick out just a bit. like i said i am going for a diffrent look with this truck and anything mean looking is for me. i may do a two inch body lift but i like the big tires and having it a little lower gives it a real wide looking stance that i like. thanks.

i didnt really want to break out the torch on the stock body lines but if its needed for the look im going for than torch it is.
