am i gunna break anything

i didnt know what section to put this in but it had to do with my tires so i figured this one would work. somebody pulled out in front of me the other day when i was going about 60. i hit the brakes and they locked up. i slid for a good bit. as i was driving home i knew something didnt feel right with the front driver side tire. when i got home i looked at it and there was a pritty good sized flat spot in it. Im wondering if its gunna hurt anything on the rest of the truck to keep driving around with the flat spot.

I don't think it should screw anything up but it will probably just result in a bumperier ride that you may not like. Not sure, i am sure someone else knows more about this than i do.

Wont cause any damage. Its probably gonna rattle every loose bolt in your truck to heck though, lol. If nothing else or if youare really concernedthrow your spare on for a while till ya get a new tire and you should be just fine.
