Bolt pattern

I am looking for the bolt pattern for a 1999 Chevy Blazer. I believe the stock wheel is a 15x8. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WolfPack 04-05-2009 02:10 AM

Nope.

Stock wheels:

4x4 -- 15x7, 6'' backspacing, 5x4.75 bolt pattern
4x2 -- 15x7, 4'' backspacing, 5x4.75 bolt pattern

Hows Kuwait?

a 15x7?

Wolfpack,

man, Iwas almost certain it was a 15x8. Have another question for you then. It is hard to find the wheels to go with my 5'' lift I am having installed next week. Could I change out my hubs and brake disc to accomodate a 5x 4.5 bolt pattern? The reason I ask is the Mickey Thompson side biters look really good. but they do not make them in in the 5x 4.75 bolt pattern.

I like your truck. My friend here is a huge NC State fan so he is all about it.

Kuwait is very boring by the way. Looking forward to my vacation back home in Florida next week.

Yea the 5x4.75 is a little limited :(

You can get spacers/adapters to go from 5x4.75 to 5x4.5. The only issue is that since stock backspacing is 6''...most wheels will be in the 3.5-4.5'' BS range. SO...the lower backspacing gives you a wider stance, then, when you put spacers on, the stance gets even wider. Some people like the real wide look, but it is also harder on your bearings and steering.

As far as actually changing out the hub..Im not entirely sure that would be a good idea even if it did work

And 15x8s will work fine..no need to stay with a 15x7 unless you like knowing you have stock specs to the very end ;)

You can order aluminum wheels through places like Summit Racing with just about any specs that you want but they are not too cheap.

I have those wheels on my 99 Jimmy 4x4. You may need Camaro lug nuts for the caps to fit, I did. The wheels fit and look good.

Yep, they fit!
