Default Help with back spacing

Ok i am looking to get some aggressive tread tires TL16006000:235/75R15 Stock size And i do not know what back spacing is completely i know its how far your tire sticks out or what ever but and not to Kean on how to go about it, Anyways with these tires i would like to get some nice black rims that make the tires stick out a good bit like between 2 to 3 inches with out any to little modifications.

Anyways also what do you guys think about this 2" suspension lift from rough country
Now in a few months i will be doing this lift kit, Now with that what will be the biggest tire i can put on there with out any rubbing? i was hoping for 31's with a decent amount of clearance

Thanks a lot, Rick

Oh yeah i been meaning to add that i know i been asking a lot about stuff i should know about like pcm tuning and other stuff it seems like i should know being on the nicely modded cav i have in my sig but that's because my older brother passed away a year ago due to cancer and he gave it to me, So just to clear that up, I know i would be wondering about why is this guy asking all this stuff he should know about already lol

Have you used the 'search'? Seems like the Rough Country package has been discussed.

Seen WAY too many posts about RC's keys breaking in recent months no way would I even consider putting those on my truck, save yourself some money just get the shackles and a 1.5" tbar crank.

what about a body lift, and a little fender trimming? thinking this will accommodate
31"s

so sorry to hear of your brother, may he rest in peace.

Being 1st gen you can do 3" body and 2" susp (shackle/tbar crank) and clear 31's easily, this is my plan while I finish gathering parts for a SFA (hope to be able to get everything together and do the swap during next winter) imo SFA is a MUCH better option than the 5 or 6" ifs lifts.

Ok i was thinking about just doing the 2" kit for like 450.00 not bad and maybe a 3" BL but i am not sure on it i will have to extend any fuel lines or brake lines with the BL which i really hope not, Do you know of that? And whats SFA

SFA = solid front axle swap, as soon as I get my 3" body lift done (hopefully this week) I'll list everything I had to extend being the same year and model the info should come in handy for you.
