Chains...

I am running 36x12.50 TSL Super Swampers. I don't have the cash I need to get tires for the winter, (I live in Spokane, WA so the weather here gets extreme) so I was wondering if there is anywhere I could purchase chains for this big a tire. If so where, I am also interested in building my own tires chains and if anyone has any tutorial?

Try airing them down when more traction is needed. I am sure someone makes chains for them. What about siping the tires?... or even spikes if you drive on alot of ice. I would check around at any local 4x4 shops in your area.

Tires that wide are going to be harsh in the winters anyways, but 4Wheelparts has them at their Lynwood WA store. I bought chains there when I lived in Bothell WA for my old ranger and it was running 35s.
