Tires get balanced when installed. That balance only changes a little bit after break in so a second rebalance OK. If your trying to solve an imbalance problem later then most likely you have a seperating tire. Beads are best for large tires, slow vehicles or most aftermarket China rims that are not true. That untrue creates a perceived balance problem. If you want bling rims (see fool) then insist the seller show you them spinning true on a tire machine before you mount a tire on them. Garbage house brand rotors from parts stores are also a source of endless balance problems. The beads break up in small tires at interstate speeds and are temporary. You will also have a big problem if fix-a-flat or Slime is already in the tire. Save the beads for trucks and farm implements.
