Ugh....if I had a dollar for everytime this question was asked on the forum lol. Please remember the search is your friend. This has been discussed over and over and over and over...well you get the idea.

Simple answer: No.

You might be able to squeeze 31x9.5 with a torsion bar crank, but even then you'd be looking at some pretty serious rubbing and trimming needed.

The largest size you can fit on stock height without trimming or rubbing issues is 30x9.5.

And i will be able to use the same rims?

ABN31B 11-27-2009 01:40 PM

yess they will fit. After a slight series of modifiaction including lifting/trimming. enjoy

NovaCaine13 11-27-2009 01:51 PM

what will fit withOUT trimming the 31s or 30s? i dont wanna do trimming, in theory i go to college for auto. imma but a lift on in 3 weeks. i just wanna sure they will fit.

ABN31B 11-27-2009 02:20 PM

what lift? if you can wait 3 weeks for the lift, with +1.5" on the t bars, +1.5" shackles, and a 2" body lift SHOULD allow for your 31's with nothing more than minor rub/trim

you can slap 30x9.5s on right now. BUT post lift they will not be as cool as you were hoping for.

BTW ALL of this could be found in probably the first 2 threads that a search would bring up... :icon_badrazz:

try it. it's not scary at all :D

Isnt the body lift the shackles and the t bars key lift?

no BL is a series of blocks, usualy polyurethane, that go inplace of the spacers currently in between where your chassis sits on the frame. like 10 bolts to swap for longer ones and they go through the blocks essentially pushing you body +2" off the frame.

shackles push you frame + up from the leaf springs.

torsion bars force the nose up by putting more force on the bars. there are 2 bolts you crank to lift the t bars one on each bar, center of the frame on either side. cant miss em. dont go over +2" though.

with all of that you will sit +3.5-4" higher all around. but you would know all of that... and more if you had searched :icon_wink:

im new to the site.. thanks for ur help.

ABN31B 11-28-2009 07:29 PM

I know you're new :D thats why im answering your questions. if you had like 400 posts and asked this, i would post a link to the search page and be done ;)

i'm hoping you get this thing knocked out, grab a few shots of it in the process, post em up, and give me the final motivation i need to make the jump to 31's :p

i meantioned search twice now, and both times it was in response to an easily answered question. if you go through with this, your next question will either be, how do i crank my t bar, or HELP i can't get my shackles off! the bolt is stuck?!!? wtf!!!! and if you get used to searching, you will hav e both of those at your fingertips and roll right through :D

i'm here for you man.
