hey guys/gals, jus got me a set of good year wrangler radials, for my 02 4dr 4x4... got to try em out on some untouched muddy brush wooded area behind my cousins.. these tires dig and dig until they find something to bite.. i was in 2wd til i went into an unknown 2 foot rut, put her in 4 hi walked out never even spun.... they rock... but i do want add spacers what do you recommend???? i got the tires for 80 each and they are awesome in everything ive thrown at em, if theyll mud... they will tear up snow i cannot wait.... let me know on the spacers...thanks

What are you trying to accomplish with spacers? Do you want them for all 4 corners? Just the rear? If you want to space tires out on all 4 corners you would be way better off getting a set of lower backspaced rims. If you only want spacers on the rear to equal out the width with the front then you should look for 1.25" or 1.5" spacers. Make sure you get a set that are hub-centric (gap on the rear face for the hub lip) as well as wheel-centric (has lip on front face to mate with the wheel). If you get a set without the lip to mate with the wheel then it places more stress on the wheel lugs.

Interesting. Never tried them. How's their performance on wet pavement?

i just bought them about 3 days ago, but have yet to drive them in the snow. previously i had bought a set of general grabbers. biggest pieces of crap in the snow. bought my gf the same tires for her liberty and she says the same thing she has snow tires for the winter. after we got like a inch of snow the previous day i couldnt get up my slight incline with the grabbers, next day with the new wranglers it walked right up it.

my daily driver is a 2wd silverado so i need all the help i can get
