need some help

I have a 1995 blazer 4x4. I want to know if these wheels will be alright to put 235/60/15's on them. I just want a wider tire than the stock 235/70/15.

A 235/60R15 tire is not wider than a 235/70R15 tire. Only smaller in diameter. 235 stands for the tread width of the tire in millimeters. The next number is the aspect ratio which is a percentage of tread width and describes the sidewall height.

On a 4wd truck, the stock back spacing is 6". Going to a 4" backspacing will move the tires out 2" per side and can cause issues with rubbing even with stock tire sizes.

If you are looking to put a shorter tire on to get away from the possible rub problem (which really should not be an issue with 28" tall tires like 235/70R15) and are only looking to increase the overall width of the vehicle at the tires, then you would accomplish that task with the parts mentioned.

Any decrease/increase in tire size will impact the accuracy of your speedometer.
