Looking good!!! Your link doesn't work cause there is one too many http:// in the front of the link. It works if you copy from the second http:// onwards here is a working on http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2653916/1

EDIT: I was having internet troubles and was going to point that out and show that the link above worked but both of you beat me to it.

RE: New Wheels

thanks a lot lenny.. had this jimmy for a little over a year now and bounced back and forth deciding to sell it or keep it.. finnaly decided to keep it since the 4.3 Vortec is one of GMs best engines buit IMO

RE: New Wheels

I agree, these things have some power, lots of torque, and have a great tow rating and get pretty decent gas mileage for what you get in this package. Plus they are easy to customize and there are lots of them so parts are cheaper and more available (well except custom stuff). Plus I like how it handles and is like a mini version of my Dad's suburban which I love driving.

RE: New Wheels

yeah im actually getting an alignment tomorrow and centercaps for those wheels..ill get more pics up on there then..but yeah they have a whole lot of torque.. i want to do a cold air intake and a new muffler (prolly flowmaster 40)with a turndown soon

lennyblazer 08-18-2007 02:05 AM

RE: New Wheels

Yep the muffler is for sure in my plans and maybe a cai, I have a K&N panel filter already which does pretty good, maybe I'll just replace the piping and keep the stock air box.

stainless steel is the only way to go for shiny things.
I just need to talk my brother into making me some bumpers and rock sliders. He tig welds stainless steel for a living. :D
