Noob questions about rims

Hello Guys,
This may annoy some of you but I just want to make sure before I spend some money on these rims. I'm interested in getting the BOSS 338 rims but I'm not really sure which ones to go with.

Option 1: This one states that the wheel will stick out 2"

Option 2: This one doesn't state for 4x4

Also I already have some tires for them which are Nitto 255/55/18 if that helps. I would want to get the ones with less hassle, I don't care if I have to use spacers.

TIA

The 4x4 has a different offset from the 2wd. So you will have them sticking out. not much of a way to fix it other than buying a set with a different offset. Or buy fender flares. :icon_confused:

Here's a goooooogle pic. lol

Thanks for the pic, I looked at the rims stats of the pic, he's using 18x8 in the front and 18x9.5 in the rear. He states no spacers needed. The pic looks pretty good. So I can use the rims from option 1 in the rear and the rims in option 2 for the front, correct? Here is a listing to what I'm talking about.

Yeah, I love the way gunmetal/chrome looks on white blazers.

Okay I'm confused I just found another listing for the same rims in option 2 but its states that it will pop out two inches like option 1. Should I just go with option 2? Because the current tires i have will not fit on the staggered rims. Well here's the link to the new listing. Man this has been very confusing i had less of a hard time with the rims for my bimmer ha!

You need wheels with 6 inch backspace. If the wheels stick out 2 inches it's because they only have 4 inches backspacing. The front axle on the 4x4 blazers is wider than the rear. So you can run a lower backspacing rim in the rear so it sits flush with the front instead of tucking into the fender well. But you won't be able to rotate your wheels cause they will stick out in the front.

Okay I did some research and from what I found 93-02 Camaro rims should bolt on without a problem. So just to make sure these rims should bolt on without a problem, correct?

It says on the page they fit 4wd only Blazers. Shouldn't be an issue. I am almost positive the Camaros had the same bolt pattern as the Blazer. Many GMs do.

I hope someone will chime in knowing more about rims, though.

Those look great, btw.

Yeah but I just wanted to make sure. I looked around in the forum didn't get much info on offset. But I did get info about how camaro rims between 93-02 should fit and having the same lug pattern. I guess I'll end up going with these rims, I have a pewter Jimmy and I think these will look great. Thanks guys for all the help.

I understand. Rims are a big buy.
Also, be sure to post pics of what you get. We'll be holding you to them! lol
