Polished my rim. What do you think?

So after I discovered my other set of steel rims were bent I pulled some out old 4x4 5 spoke rims and got to work. Slowly I got it to this point but I think I have 5 hours on stripping the rims then sanding and painting and polishing the single rim. I only did one to get it all figure out and so I could see the finished product sooner.

Pics!
Before sanding, note the ridges from the factory machining.

Thanks, they should look good on my 4x4 DD. And I will be the only one in town with some shiny 5 spoke stock 4x4 rims. :)

I have these rims on my first gen, I would like to do this, could you do a quick write up of what you did? and what all was used?

I will was thinking about doing that actually, for when I start on the other rims. Thets best thing I did was start with ~250 grit and took all the ridges off the aluminum with a orbiting sander, like this one on amazon . I think the time would have doubled if it was not for that to take down the ridges.
