ProComp 7069

Just got a 04 4 door blazer that i am wanting to put some pro comp 7069's on. in order to do this i am going to need some 1.25 inch adapters so what size back spacing will i need. I dont mind if the wheels stick out 1.5-2 inches but i really dont want more than that. i found some on amazon with a backsacing of 3.75 but i think with the spacer it will be too much. They have 4.5 back spacing as well. which one would work better?

Are you dead set on the procomp brand? There are so many other brands that make the same style wheel with the correct bolt pattern. You'd save yourself a lot of time and headache by just getting wheels with the correct bolt pattern. Wheels - 5 x 4 3/4 in. Wheel Bolt Pattern - Black Primary Wheel Color - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99 at Summit Racing This should get you started, you can narrow down the results to match what you're looking for. And to partially answer your question, the problems you'll run into when dealing with less backspaced rims than the factory backspacing is fender rub while turning. The closer you can get to the factory 6" backspacing the better. A lot of people have gone with something like 4.5" backspacing but again, it'll most likely require some fender trimming to keep from rubbing while turning.

the crager soft 8's are my fall back i just think the pro comp 7069's look so much better even though they are essentially the same wheel. I couldnt get no where near that number of wheels to come up when i searched or the ones that did come up were street wheels. Just found the black rock ones i like too. what back spacing would i need to make it stick out a little further? if a 4.5 would be center would a 4 in make much of a difference?

If you have a 4wd then 6" is your standard backspacing, so 4.5" will give push you tires out wider than they are now. If you have a 2wd then something around 4.5" is standard so if you want a wider stance then you'll need something with a little less backspacing.
