RE: RIM SIZING HELP NEEDED
A lot depends on what you want to do with your truck. Lots of offroading or no. If offroading is what you want to do then the 8" rims give you an option for 31x10.5x15, these are taller and wider than stock so there might be some rubbing issues with out a Body Lift.
You can fit the stock '70 series or go with a larger 75 series tire...with my stock rims I am riding on 235x75x15's these are better for the stock rims than the 70 series tires plus cheaper...the 8" rims would make the 70 series work better, it moves the beads out more so the sidewalls are not squeazed as much as they are with the stock rims...contact patch would fit the road better....

RE: RIM SIZING HELP NEEDED
The general rule of thumb if 4.5". You can safetly run tires up to 4.5" wider then your rims. On a 7" rim you could run up to a 11.5" wide tire. Go to the 8" if youwant a 12" wide tire, although you will need to change your backspacing to avoidhitting the frame or torsion bar at full crank. However moving thewheel out with less backspacing meansthe tire will now hit the rear of the front fender.
The biggest tire to fit on a stock S10-Blazer without changing wheels is 30x10.5x15. You could go to a 15x8 or even a 16x8 rim with 6" of backspacing and run the 10.5" wide tires, you might rub the frame and torsion bar at full crank, just dont turn full crank.
