Rims sticking out except for one
 

As the title says I put rims on my blazer 3 of the rims stick out while the back right passenger wheel doesn't as you can see in the pics any idea on why it's like this

I would wager a bet that your rear axle is not centered.

+1, my axle is the same way... not as bad...
