rubbing with 30s or 31s/4 inch backspacing?

hello. I have a 99 blazer 4 door with 4wd. I plan on putting the performance accessories 2 inch body lift on it and fitting 30x9.50x15s or 31x10.50x15 tires underneath. I found these wheels:

They have a 4 inch backspace. I read that if your wheels/tires stick too far out, you can rub on the body, swaybar, frame, etc.

My stupid question is that with these wheels, would the 30s or the 31s rub or both? Thanks!

If the tire sticks out farther I don't see it rubbing! That would be farther from the parts!
30's don't rub stock unless you push corners real hard. Off roading they can rub with tires turned and climbing over stuff or bumps! That's on a complete stock 4 door!

Aahh okay! So 4inch back spacing should be okay then! And if I have the two inch lift, it shouldn't run the body. AND with the lift, it shouldn't rub offroading. Thanks!

Every individual truck is different and some people are able to fit bigger tires WAY easier than others. My guess would be that with 30's on rims with 4" backspacing the only place you'd likely worry about rubbing is on the back of the front fender, and if you find that you do you can massage it a bit with a hammer or trim a bit. I doubt you'd hit the top of the fender lip, even with a hard compression off-road. With 31's you're a lot more likely to rub on the back of the front fender. Most people need a combination of body-lift and suspension lift to clear 31's. You would be very likely to rub the back of the front fenderwell when you're turning and hit a bump.

That answers all my questions! Thanks!

My 98 hit top of drivers fender and ripped the lip down in center just a bit! I take corners in it real hard though! If I remember correctly the only road it bottomed out on was a steep downhill with a sharp 95+ degree turn at the very bottom ! I take corners with it at sports car speeds though!

i have a 97 4dr 4x4. i have put a 3" suspension lift and 2" body lift and still rubbed a lil. had to trim plastic under front bumper and bend metal on fender (just the corner). PLEASE KEEP IN MIND when lifting your ride u will need to get a front end alignment.when i went to get mine long behold i had alot more money to spend things you might want to replace before you go just to save time is your upper and lower ball joints. things i have replaced are both ball joints cv axles pitman and idler arm and wheel bearings. hope this helps bigger tires means bigger problems at least in my case lol check out my pics. i got mine sitting on 31x10.5x15 and must say it looks pretty bad a&&. just to give you a idea
