Stock rims
 
Got bored today while waiting for some parts from LMC so I took a look at the stock rims and thought I wish those things could look better. So 4 hours later and that rim looks damn good for my first try. Here are some pics from start to finish.

To make the polished sections really pop I repainted the 4x4 logo and painted the area between the sections. Let me know what you think.

Looks very nice! A bit more polishing and they will be beautiful.

WOW, almost looks like you resurfaced it! Did you? lol... Could you let me/us know what you used because I'm tired of the blah looking stock rims but that one you did looks great!

I used 400 grit, then 800 grit wet until smooth. The I got the buffer wheels from lowes that attach to you drill with the diffrent compounds. I used a diffrent wheel for each compound. The a few hours later thats how they turned out

Ha! It looks like a plastic cover almost in the first picture. Looks damn good in the last, bet your elbow hurts lol
