Is there a difference in wheels...
From 2wd, and 4wd S-10 blazers? Would a wheel from a 2wd work on a 4wd?

I'm assuming you mean rim...and if so, then rims are all based on bolt pattern. All Blazers have the same bolt pattern (as far as I know) so they can be interchangeable.

The difference between a 2wd rim and a 4wd rim is the back space. 2wd rims are 4" back space while the 4wd rims are 6" back space. Yes you can put 2wd rims on a 4wd but the rim is going to stick out past the fenders roughly 2". Look up Georgesblazah, there are pictures of his truck with 2wd S10 ZQ8 wheels.

Found a set of 2wd alloys from a S-10 pickup 98+. Now that I know the back spacing is difference I may just look for a set of stock 4wd wheels.
