Tire check

Hello all I've seen many places including here that we can fit 30x10 or 30x9.5 with no rubbing on stock 4x4 blazer. I have a 99 4dr and was just curious if anyone had pics of what those looked like? Also I do want some poke out of my tires past the fender flares possibly what offset would I need to achieve that? Thank in advanced hopefully I'll have some new wheels and tires here soon just want input.

I'm running 31s on my 2.5 inch lifted Blazer. My offset off the top of my head is -6 and it has a nice stick out that isn't obnoxious.

I have 30x9.5s on my mildly lifted (1.5"?) 4dr 99. Even with running boards there is no clearance issues front to back in the fender wells.

But with a suspension lift of 2", people will have to roll the inside lip of the top of the front fenders with 31s and trim the front (and back) of the front wheel well for clearance. I had 31's trial fit to mine and discovered that they would rub frame rails when trying to turn the front wheels fully to the right or left.

I'm glad I went with the 30s because with 31s, my effective axle ratio would have been further reduced.

It's all about finding the right compromise for what you want to accomplish.

Sorry for the dirty truck. These were taken after having gotten back from deer hunting.
