Tire Question

What Mud tires would best fit my 86 K5 Blazer? I was looking for Mud Terrains from BFGoodrich, I want tires that will be decent off-road but still good on the road...

RE: Tire Question

I have a 84 Chevy truck with BFG mud terrains and I LOVE them. i have em in 33x12.50, and there not bad on the highway or on the city streets at all. They kill in they mud and soft dirt. Anther tire that i really liked was the pro comp mud terrain. IT was just as good as the bFG if not better. the only downside was i only got 12,000 miles out of them(they didnt last at all)

RE: Tire Question

If your gonna get a mud tire you gotta sacrafice road wear.. In my experience with BFG M/T'sthey probably got the most street time and shed mud pretty good.(happy medium).... If you drive on the road more than mud those would be a good choice.... or maxxis buckshots .. I run 38" swamper TSL's BUT i only drive mine to the gas station.... Picking the right tire is almost more difficult than picking out something on the menu at McDonalds...

But Interco, BFG , and Maxxis are a very good place to start your search....
