Wheel Adapter Sizes/Numbers?

Hey Everyone, I Just scored a new set of Tires/Rims, 35/12.50/18 only problem is that they're 5 lug off a Ford Bronco ;-) I need to put on my Blazer (6 lug). I'm looking at Adapters/Spaces right now. When I'm looking at them though i'm seeing stuff like 5 x 135 to 5 x 5.50 Adapters. I understand I obviously am going 5 lug to 6, But can anybody help clarify what the other numbers i need are? or where I can figure it out at? I have a 1980 K5 Blazer. Thanks for any and all help.

The second number is the distance between lugs either in mm (135) or inches (5.5).

You'd need to find out the bolt patterns of your hubs and the Bronco wheels in order to get the correct adapters. Unfortunately, I don't know of a guide out there that lists bolt patterns.
