wheel spacers

Im trying to run 2" spacers to accommodate a set of 18 inch wheels off of a 2012 Camaro. the problem is ive had the driver side front wheel come off twice while driving down the road. obviously im not doing something right. im just going to assume that my ex mechanic didn't put them on right the first time and stripped out the lugs in the process. now obviously im about to put a new hub on the front but im very interested in this never happening again so any advice is appreciated. why is it only one wheel though? thanks.

? I dont think you can run 2in spacers, I think you mean adapters! The camaro has a slightly different bolt circle of 120mm vs. The blazers 4.750in. The Blazer uses 12mm studs while the Camaro uses 14mm. The wheels MUST use the LARGE conical seat nuts. Iit is mandatory that the adapters utilize hhub registration. The design of the adapters can be furthur improved by utilizing a 12mm shouldered nut instead of the more common conical seat but the adapter has to be designed for that stylr nut. (See my user page).

Yea I meant adaptors. The adaptor has 14 inch studs. I used the regular nuts instead of the acorns and I've used thread lock as well. If it comes off this time its bringing studs with it

The 14 inch studs should be fail proof!

It's not the adaptor that's giving me problems.
